Installation Contractor Training
AirFRAME® installation should only be completed by contractors who have been trained by SLD Technology, Inc. Since some installation characteristics can change with custom systems, a contractor training session should be booked for every installation prior to the job shipping from SLD.
Contractor training consists of a live web-based meeting. There are two options for training:
- The initial Installation Training takes about 1 hour to complete, includes a full walkthrough from receiving product to finishing work, review of project-specific drawings, review of the 3D model of the systems, as well as answering any questions that come up.
- The Refresher Training / Project Briefing takes about 30 minutes, includes a quick refresher on receiving to finishing work, review of project-specific drawings, review for the 3D model of the systems, as well as answering any questions that come up.
- Prerequisite: of either previous AirFRAME installation experience or previous completion of the initial Installation Training course.
Training is highly recommended but does not certify compliance with local installation licensing/union requirements.
